The website automaticly transfers you to the bank’s website to secure your credit card information or any sensitive information so that you can do your payment in the most secure way.

Once the customer makes a reservation, a first confirmation mail is sent to customer’s email adress. When the system confirms the payment is done and the activity/excursion/tour /accomodation is available, the customer will receive a second confirmation email. In case the request cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed about the reasons and solutions and a refund will be done if the customer wishes to be refunded.

All activities and excursions must be prepaid that  agreed. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Prices are subject to change. The client is charged in TL  at the conversion's rate of the bank on the time of your booking. The client will have the option of a transference of booking to another excursion or an activity, or change of name as clients in at least 10 days written notice, but no refunds in the case of cancellations.
